Artists honored on Khorramshahr Liberation anniversary

navideshahed- Iranian composer, Majid Entezami, along with some other artists were honored in a ceremony at Imam Ali (AS) Religious Arts Museum on Saturday.

The event marked the anniversary of Liberation of Khorramshahr on May 24, 1982.

In addition to Entezami, Gholamali Koveitipour (Iranian artist), who contributed to the liberation of Khorramshahr (Khuzestan province) by performing epic pieces, and the family of Iranian martyr, Mohammad Jahanara, were also honored in the ceremony.



The report added that Rasoul Mollaqolipour, the late Iranian director, was also commemorated in the ceremony.



During the ceremony, parts of the symphony titled ˈRead this Chapter With Meˈ composed and produced by Entezami were played for the audience.
